Refunds and Returns

We operate a 30-Day Return Policy. 

Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, with the item(s) being unused and in its original packaging. Please be advised, items are not eligible for return after 30 days from date of purchase. 

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept opened items. Any items that have been received in an open/damaged condition will not be eligible per our returns policy.

Returns process 

Once received your return will be reviewed, and once approved, we will issue a store credit up to the value of the item (this will exclude any postage costs)

Incorrect and faulty items 

In the very rare instance, the item shipped is incorrect and/or faulty, our team will happily replace it once evidence has been submitted. Please email contact@abulihya.com and our friendly team will get back to you with 48 business hours.
